Ron “Bodhi” Poole, MA

Clinical Case Manager

Bodhi is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with a rich and diverse background in guiding individuals through meaningful life transitions. He began his career in 1999 as a Behavior Specialist in Michigan, where he spent eight years supporting children and families with emotional and behavioral challenges in school, home, and community settings. These early experiences laid a strong foundation for his deep commitment to client-centered, transformational work.

Bodhi holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University and maintains a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Utah. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in wraparound services, wilderness therapy, and transitional living programs, helping clients move through complex personal and developmental journeys.

From 2020 to 2024, Bodhi launched and operated his own life coaching practice in Sedona where he supported individuals seeking clarity, purpose, and transformation outside the traditional therapy model. Drawing on his clinical experience and holistic training, his coaching work integrated mindfulness, somatic awareness, personal development, and spiritual exploration. He has a continued commitment to creating an empowering space for growth and healing, blending modern psychology with ancient wisdom practices.

Bodhi also spent four years as a therapist at Red Mountain Sedona. There, he guided clients through a holistic recovery process, integrating practices such as yoga, martial arts, meditation, life skills development, nutrition, and adventure-based activities to foster long-lasting healing and personal growth.

Since relocating to the desert and joining the RPWS team, Bodhi has applied his expertise in guiding young adults through a range of challenges. Using a strengths-based approach, he empowers clients to reconnect with their true selves and live with greater intention.

Outside the therapy room, Bodhi enjoys hiking, writing, and leading retreats that weave together contemplative practices and the healing power of nature.
