What Is an Outpatient Program?

Outpatient Program (OP) is the least intensive level of structured care in Rising Phoenix’s continuum, sitting below IOP. Rather than multiple sessions per week, OP typically involves one to two group therapy sessions weekly alongside ongoing individual therapy — designed for clients who have stabilized and are ready to maintain their progress with lighter clinical support.

What OP at Rising Phoenix Includes

Group Therapy

One to two sessions per week, continuing to reinforce coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and peer connection at a lower time commitment than IOP.
